杨辉旺，中国书法家协会会员，男，本科学历，1978年10月出生于福建省宁德地区福安市溪柄镇闽东苏区首府特委路13号，开国烈士杨乃昌次孙，开国国家原副主席邓子恢亲属，开国上将钟其光亲属，开国上将叶飞远亲，其奶奶是百万雄师过大江的方静，其红色闽东苏维埃政权最红之家革命接班人。全国人大全国政协十四届一次会议两会重点推荐国术书画艺术家，其福虾为代表作，多国政商界都有收藏其作品，自创福安两字合体一字，更受统战领导高评，中华人民共和国文化部颁发，中华人民共和国国务院2022年6月公布（国家级非物质文化遗产汉字书法）艺术家，2O22年菲律宾国礼书画奉献殊荣榜公众人物，国术魅力成为全世界受欢迎的文化形象代表，中国的影力书画具有一定的代表性，在笔下流光溢彩，福虾，甲等好运被多国领导收藏。现被邀约为中非共和国驻华大使馆特邀名誉顾问。为五千年礼仪之邦书画文化事业的传递奉献国艺，2023年各国使馆，国会议员亲切的称呼（中国.宁德.辉旺）及佳的中国微笑形象以此公示世界。

Yang Huiwang, a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, male, holds a bachelor's degree. He was born in October 1978 at No. 13 Special Committee Road, the capital of the Mindong Soviet Area in Xibing Town, Fu'an City, Ningde Prefecture, Fujian Province. He is the second grandson of founding martyr Yang Naichang, a relative of former Vice Chairman Deng Zihui of the founding country, a relative of founding general Zhong Qiguang, a distant relative of founding general Ye Fei, and his grandmother is Fang Jing, who led a hundred thousand soldiers across the river. She is the revolutionary successor of the most popular family of the Red Mindong Soviet regime. The first session of the 14th National People's Congress and the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, as well as the two sessions of the 14th National People's Congress and the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, have recommended Chinese calligraphy and painting artists, with Fu shrimp as the representative work. His works have been collected in various political and business circles, and he has created a combination of Fu An and the Chinese character, which has been highly praised by united front leaders. He was awarded by the Ministry of Culture of the People's Republic of China and announced by the State Council of the People's Republic of China in June 2022 as a national intangible, In 2022, the Philippine National Ceremony Calligraphy and Painting Contribution List was awarded as a public figure. The charm of traditional Chinese art has become a popular cultural image representative around the world, and Chinese shadow calligraphy and painting have a certain representativeness. In their works, they shine brightly and are collected by leaders from multiple countries, such as lucky shrimp and Jia. I am currently invited as a special honorary advisor to the Embassy of the Central African Republic in China. To contribute to the transmission of the calligraphy and painting culture of the 5000 year old state of etiquette, in 2023, embassies and members of parliament of various countries affectionately referred to it as "China, Ningde, Huiwang" and the beautiful image of China with a smile, in order to publicize it to the world.
